Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
Every new church receives a 45-day free trial with no payment required. You can try the full Service before deciding to subscribe.
Monthly Billing
Once subscribed, the base subscription is billed monthly. Add-on modules purchased separately are billed at the time of purchase and, where applicable, renew alongside your base subscription.
Cancelling
There is no lock-in contract. You may choose to stop paying at any time by simply not renewing — access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then pauses. Your data is retained and nothing is deleted; if you return later, your account can be reactivated.
Refunds
Because the free trial gives you a full opportunity to evaluate the Service before paying, subscription payments already made are generally non-refundable for the remainder of that billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
