1. The Service

My Church Experience ("the Service") is a cloud-based church management platform providing simple non-profit accounting processes, a time and attendance model designed specifically for churches, pastoral ministry tools, a membership database, and related tools, accessed online at mychurchexperience.co.za. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Trial

New churches receive a 45-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

3. Subscription & Billing

The base subscription is billed monthly in South African Rand at the rate shown at sign-up. Optional add-on modules may be purchased separately, at any time, in addition to the base subscription. Payment may be made by card, instant EFT, or direct bank transfer, via the payment methods offered in the Service at the time of payment.

We will email a reminder 5 days before each payment is due. If payment is not received by the due date, access to the Service is paused until payment is made — your data is never deleted for non-payment.

4. Cancellation

You may stop paying at any time; there is no long-term contract. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your Data

All member, financial and operational data you enter belongs to your church. We act only as a processor of that data on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and protected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful church administration purposes and not to attempt to access data belonging to another church using the platform.

7. Availability & Liability

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
