One activation covers three registers: members and visitors at the door by QR, staff and pastoral attendance, and children's ministry check-in.
What it replaces
Counting heads from the platform
A number scribbled after the service tells you almost nothing. It cannot tell you who was there, who was missing, or whether the family you have been praying for came back.
Members scan a QR code at the door, or an administrator captures the register in bulk afterwards. Either way the result is a list of names — which is what pastoral care actually needs.
Self check-in by QR
Members and visitors scan at the door; the register builds itself as people arrive.
Restricted to service times
Check-in opens an hour before the service and closes fifteen minutes before it ends, so it cannot be used from home.
Bulk capture too
Where scanning is impractical, tick the register afterwards — members and visitors together.
Visitors counted properly
First-time visitors are recorded as visitors, with their own numbering, not lost in a total.
Percentage of active members
Attendance shown against your real active membership, not a guess.
Feeds pastoral follow-up
Absence is calculated from this register and handed to the right leader automatically.
