My Church Experience My Church Experience

Nobody slips through quietly

A contact log, leaders with their own assigned members, automatic absentee alerts and a weekly summary emailed to whoever is doing the caring.

What it replaces

Finding out in October that somebody left in June

Members rarely announce that they have stopped coming. They simply come less, then not at all — and in a congregation of any size, that is easy to miss until it is too late for the conversation to help.

Because attendance is already being recorded, the system can tell you who has not been seen for three weeks, hand that list to the right leader, and keep a record of the contact that followed.

Absentee alerts

Members unseen for a threshold you set are surfaced automatically, not discovered by accident.

Leaders and their portfolios

Assign members to a leader; each leader sees their own people and their own follow-ups.

Contact log

Every visit, call and message recorded, with follow-up required and by when.

Weekly summary by email

Sent automatically on the day you choose, to each leader, listing their own portfolio.

Upcoming birthdays

Included for every status except deceased, so nobody is congratulated in error.

Overdue follow-ups

Anything promised and not done stays visible until it is closed.

Where it goes next

The point of the register

This is why the attendance register exists. Not to produce a number for a report, but to produce a name and a phone call while it still matters.

Included, not an add-on. Pastoral Tools is part of the core R150–R350 per month subscription — it is not billed separately and does not need to be activated.

Try it against your own Sunday
