Three lists that disagree with each other
Most churches have a membership list, a WhatsApp group and a giving record, and no two of them contain the same people. Someone leaves and remains on two of the three for years.
One register, with a status on every person, feeds everything else — attendance, giving, pastoral follow-up and communication. Change it once and it is right everywhere.
Your own statuses
Define what a member can be — Active, Inactive, Relocated, Deceased — rather than accepting somebody else's list.
Your own categories
Full Member, Adherent, Youth, whatever your constitution actually says.
Automatic numbering
Membership numbers issue themselves from your chosen starting number, or you type your own.
Ministry roles
Record which ministries a member serves in, so leaders' lists build themselves.
ID and tax details

One record, every module
A member captured once appears in attendance, in giving, in pastoral follow-up lists, in ministry rosters and on their 18A certificate. There is no second place to update when someone moves house.
