Every child accounted for, every service
Classes, registered children, guardians and QR check-in — with per-class access so a teacher sees their own class and nobody else's.
What it replaces
A clipboard, and hoping
Children's ministry is the area where a church carries the most responsibility and usually keeps the least reliable records — a clipboard at the door, filled in when somebody remembers.
Children are registered against guardians and classes. Check-in is by QR at the door, so at any moment during a service you can say exactly which children are in the building and who is authorised to collect them.
Classes by age
Set up your own classes and move children between them as they grow.
Guardians on record
Each child linked to the adults responsible for them, with contact numbers.
QR check-in at the door
Fast enough for a real Sunday queue, and timestamped.
Per-class teacher access
A teacher is granted only their own class, not the whole children's register.
Attendance history
Per child and per class, so a child who stops coming is visible.
Counted in overall attendance
Children's attendance feeds the same reporting as the main service.

Where it goes next
Safeguarding, recorded
A timestamped record of who was checked in, by whom, and who collected them is not administrative overhead — it is the evidence a church needs if a question is ever asked.
Included, not an add-on. Children's Ministry is part of the core R150–R350 per month subscription — it is not billed separately and does not need to be activated.
