Giving, per member, across cash and bank
One searchable view of what every household has given — cash counted on a Sunday and money that arrived by EFT, together, without reconciling two systems by hand.
What it replaces
"How much has this family given this year?"
It is a fair question from a member and an awkward one to answer, because the cash sits in one place and the bank transfers in another, and joining them usually means an afternoon with a spreadsheet.
Generosity Group answers it instantly. Because both streams post to the same ledger, a member's history is already assembled — every gift, its category, the date and where it came from.
Cash and bank in one view
A member who tithes by EFT and gives cash at Easter appears once, with both counted.
Search by name or number
Find a household in a keystroke, including members whose number is text rather than digits.
Filtered by category
See Building Fund separately from Tithes, for any period you choose.
Agrees with the Dashboard
Both read the same ledger, so the totals match to the cent — always.
Ready for receipting
The same records drive giving receipts and Section 18A certificates, with no re-selection.
Bank giving matched to members
EFT deposits carrying a membership reference are attributed to the right household automatically.

Where it goes next
The same records, three uses
Giving records captured once serve the Dashboard totals, the annual giving receipt a member asks for, and the Section 18A certificate their tax return requires — without anyone re-selecting the same transactions three times.
Included, not an add-on. Generosity Group is part of the core R150–R350 per month subscription — it is not billed separately and does not need to be activated.
