SARS certificates your donors can actually submit

Produce compliant Section 18A tax certificates straight from the giving records — and, for programmes that receive goods rather than cash, track what came in, who it went to, and what is left.

What it replaces

Rebuilding every donor's year in February

An 18A certificate has to be correct — donor name, identity or tax number, the amount, and only donations to approved programmes. Assembled by hand from a year of records, that is slow work with real consequences if it is wrong.

Mark which income categories qualify, and the module assembles each donor's qualifying total for the tax year on its own. Donors missing an ID or tax number are flagged before you print, not after the certificate is issued.

Eligibility per category

Flag exactly which income categories qualify for 18A. Everything else is excluded automatically.

Certificate per donor

Generated for the tax year, on your letterhead, with your PBO number and an authorised signatory.

Missing details flagged

Donors without an ID or tax number are marked before printing, so a non-compliant certificate is never issued.

In-kind programme tracking

Tick Tracks Inventory on a category and the programme gains its own Received, Distributed and Stock Reconciliation tabs.

Goods received and given

Record what was donated, by whom, and who it was distributed to — with a live per-item stock balance.

Works from existing records

No separate donor register to maintain; it reads the giving already captured.

Where it goes next

Compliance without a second system

Because certificates are produced from the same giving records the rest of the platform uses, there is no separate donor database to maintain and no risk of a certificate disagreeing with the accounts it came from.
