A time book filled in on Friday
Where church staff are employed, the law expects hours to be recorded properly. In practice it is often a book completed from memory at the end of the week, which serves neither the church nor the employee.
Each employee scans their own personal code on their own phone. The system checks they are physically at the church before accepting it, so a clock-in from home is refused.

Clock-in is accepted only within a radius of the church that you set.
BCEA hours classification
Normal time, overtime, Sunday and public holiday hours separated automatically, at rates you configure.

Where it goes next
Hours, not full payroll
This module produces the hours and the classification that payroll needs. Full PAYE, UIF and SDL processing is deliberately not included — that is quoted separately where a church wants it.
The monthly fee covers the module. A setup fee is quoted on application, since configuration depends on your staff structure and rates.
